"Facing A New Day" Druid Peak Wolf. Lamar Canyon, Yellowstone. This photo was taken on 11 Marh 2008, just 17 days prior to the Gray Wolf being removed from the Endangered Species list. I frequently struggle with 'Titles' for the few photos that I do name. I came up with the name for this one when I went back and looked at this photo after the delisting had occured. It felt appropriate, considering what all the Gray wolves that have made a remarkable recovery in ID, MT and WY will face in the coming years.
